Change of Use

We have recently gained planning application for a change of use on two public houses, at two different locations to residential property. The Roseberry Public House in Middlesbrough gained planning application for a five flat unit all on open market. Multiple Unit

Our Architects have alot of design experience on multiple housing unit designs. The experience was gained by working with well known housing developers mostly whilst working with private architectural firms here in the United Kingdom. The projects ranged from 75 housing units to over 100 maximising the potential of the site. A combination of open market and affordable houses inline with the local authority requirements were incorporated on all the sites.
